Personal and social development, 2. Digital competence, 3. Civic education, and 4. Sustainable development and climate change. Technical assistance will include preparation of guidelines for quality integration of cross-curricular themes into textbooks and other teaching and learning materials.2) Review the first and second drafts draft curriculum for four cross-sectoral topics developed through this assignment, ensuring that the curriculum is gender-responsive and promotes gender equality, as well as to strengthen the capacities of the Agency for Textbooks and Teaching Aids on applying gender-responsive approaches in curriculum implementation and textbook development, based on the new Curriculum Framework.3) To review existing teacher training programmes on relevant cross-curricular themes, in collaboration with the Bureau for Education, and provide clear guidelines and recommendations for their adaptation and implementation to ensure they are coherent, competency-based, and aligned with the National Curriculum Framework.
