Description of the service: Technical assistance to the ICAEN in the areas of the environment, agriculture, urban planning and the territory in the realization of the sectoral territorial plan for the implementation of renewable energies in Catalonia (PLATER), in its new phase that begins in 2026. This new phase requires new support of a similar nature to that of the previous procurement but with a particularly focused approach on the analysis of the contributions that may be received in the public exhibition phase and the environmental processing of the plan.
