Its objective is to provide capacity building and technical assistance to strengthen the EU-s partnership with Cuba, primarily within established policy areas but also adaptable to emerging needs that may arise from ongoing political dialogue. This contract will deliver strategic technical support and capacity-building initiatives to enhance the results and impact of the EU-s cooperation agenda, including Global Gateway Initiatives and EU coordination within the framework of the Team Europe Initiative on Inclusive Green Transition. It aims to support all phases of the project/programme cycle, from formulation to evaluation. The underlying intervention logic of this action is to contribute to Cuba-s sustainable development by supporting the implementation of the EU-Cuba cooperation agreement, ensuring that EU-funded actions achieve maximum results and impact. This contract will complement EU support across MIP priority areas and will address critical crosscutting issues and specific needs.
