Technical assistance, control and surveillance of works Expansion of the sanitation network in El Paso. El Barrial collectors The services that are contracted will include all the assistance that the Contract Director needs to comply with their functions during the duration of the works until their receipt and drafting of the corresponding final certification proposal, as well as the provision of technical office support and material means to prepare eventual studies and reports technical (including tests, if necessary). Likewise, this contract will include the necessary services to draft the modified projects that are necessary in the works. Likewise, this contract includes the management of the so-called contrast tests that, although their cost is borne by the contractor of the work, their timing, control, monitoring and interpretation are borne by the consultant of this contract. All technical work assistance, based fundamentally on the contribution of human resources to control it, it is developed over time with personnel who are required to have a relatively permanent presence throughout the work, and personnel whose function is less lasting due to their specialty.
