Fuerteventura island Works that require technical assistance, control and surveillance, are those detailed below: Among the four alternatives included in the construction project, the alternative selected in the document is number 4, since it is the one that, according to what the Management report indicates General of Coasts and Management of the Canary Maritime Space belonging to the Department of Public Works, Housing and Mobility of the Government of the Canary Islands, does not breach the Coastal Law and, consequently, has been informed with the Favorable character by said General Directorate. It contemplates the construction of an EBAR planned in the parking area of ​​Calle del Charcón, while a storm tank will be installed on the plot next to Calle El Faro. In this Alternative, the EBAR is projected in the area where it was foreseen in the original project, located mainly in the Easement area of ​​the Public Maritime Terrestrial Domain (DPMT, hereinafter), with an important modification, as it was necessary to place another pumping group to drive rainwater to the new storm tank location.
