Indonesia's Primary Health Care (PHC) transformation is a key pillar of its Universal HealthCoverage (UHC) agenda, mandated by Health Law No. 17/2023. However, challenges such asfinancial constraints, workforce maldistribution, and fragmented health information systemspersist.Since 2022, UNICEF, incollaboration with MoHA and MoH, has supported PHC strengtheningin NTB Province, expanding from Lombok Barat and Lombok Timur to Bima and SumbawaBarat in 2023. The initiative focuses on data utilization, governance, strategic planning, supervision, and quality improvement, reaching 76 Puskesmas throughworkshops, training, andcoaching.As the program approaches its 2025 exit strategy, UNICEF seeks an expert institution toconduct an endline assessment and develop a scaling-up roadmap for sustainablePHCstrengthening.
