7. Contract description
The services are directed to consolidate the overall sector governance based on the objectives of Belize' Sustainable Energy Roadmap. The TA will support the Energy Unit of the MPSEPU to increase its capacities and the electricity supplier BEL in the implementation of mini-grid and off-grid systems. The TA will also develop feasibility studies identifying potential sources of renewable energy.
