7. Contract description

The services to be provided will include, but not necessarily be limited to:
• Supervision services for wastewater collection and treatment works under Bismil Wastewater Project in compliance with the duties and responsibilities of the Engineer as prescribed in the FIDIC Conditions of the contract,
• Design review for the Bismil Wastewater Treatment Plant to the extent specified in the relevant Design-Build type Works Contracts
• Consultancy services to the Contracting Authority (the Employer in FIDIC) regarding Works contract management,
• Supervision and approval of all the tasks during taking over/DNP/final acceptance stages.
