Prior Information Notice for Technical Assistance and Supervision for aramba Wastewater Project.
Contract description
The contractor will be responsible for administrative, technical and financial capacity building for the Water Utility Department of Samsun Municipality; modernisation of the WUD and provision of the necessary training and support for the institutional sustainability; technical assistance to the WUD/ PIU by practical training including project management, and operational management of the WWTP after construction; technical assistance to the WUD/PIU in performance of leakage detection; contract management and construction supervision for the implementation of wastewater treatment plant.
The works contract to be supervised mainly includes the design and build of approximately 15, 500 m3/d average flow rate capacity wastewater treatment plant; approximately 7500m of collector lines and two wastewater pumping stations. This works contract will be implemented under FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build (Yellow book, 1999 edition).
