Technical assistance and maintenance of the KSAT2000i system repeated The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance and ongoing services by the Contractor maintenance of the system implemented in the unit operated by the Ordering Party KSAT2000. 1. Subject of the order is technical assistance and maintenance of the KSAT2000i system. 2. The order must be made in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and with the draft contract (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). 3. The Contractor acknowledges that the owner of the source codes of the KSAT2000i system is COIG S.A. and the Ordering Party does not transfer the rights to the KSAT2000i system. 4. Identification of the subject of the contract using names and codes from the CPV Common Procurement Vocabulary: 72260000-5: services in the field software 72267000-4: software maintenance and repair services 2514300-4: computer systems maintenance services 5. If the description of the subject of the order includes references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1-3 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law allows the use of equivalent solutions.
