The subject of the order is a technical assessment of engineering facilities on the railway line No. 250, together with an analysis of the possibilities of improving the operational parameters of the railway line. The guaranteed scope includes the performance of a technical assessment of 18 (eighteen) railway engineering facilitiesThe scope covered by the option right includes the performance of a technical assessment of 12 (twelve) railway engineering facilitiesOption right: The Ordering Party may exercise the option right in full, not to exercise it or to exercise it in part. Exercising the option right is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party. Failure of the Ordering Party to exercise the option right does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. Rules regarding the implementation of the scope of the contract covered option rights will be the same as those applicable to the implementation of the guaranteed scope of the order.
