Tender Details

The assignment will develop the technical framework required for implementing two core DORA components: (i) ICT Incident Management and Reporting (TS1) and (ii) the Register of Information on Third-Party ICT Services (TS2). The consultant will assess current technical capabilities, design target operating models and data architectures, develop implementation options, and conduct pilot testing of reporting and data exchange mechanisms. The work will provide the NBU with practical implementation options, technical specifications, and tested operational procedures aligned with EU requirements.
