The subject of the order is technical and operational service and maintenance of devices and installations located in the Courts' property at ul. Terespolska 15A in Warsaw.\ Grounds for exclusion - Contractors may apply for the award of the contract, who demonstrate that there are no grounds for exclusion due to failure to meet the conditions specified in Art. 108 section 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law, Art. 109 section 1 point 1 and point 4 of the Public Procurement Law, Art. 7 section 1 of the Act on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression to Ukraine and serving to protect national security and Art. 5k of Council Regulation (EU) (EU) No. 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in connection with actions by Russia destabilizing the situation in Ukraine of 8 April 2022, as amended granted by Council Regulation (EU) 2025/2033 of 23 October 2025 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine of 23 October 2025.
