Tender Details

Under the order, the contractor is obliged to provide technical and logistic support for promotional devices in 2026 according to the following specifications: a) storage, maintenance and repair of media made available by the ordering party; b) transport of media to a designated place; c) disassembling, assembling and servicing media (including making arrangements for ensuring the connection of devices to electricity); d) assembly and disassembly of the modular stage (5/6 m) in places indicated by the Ordering Party; e) assembly and dismantling of straight walls (3/2.45 m; 2.5/2.45 m) in places indicated by the Ordering Party; f) assembly and dismantling tent hall with transport in Katowice;g) preparing exhibitions using a logo projector (gobo);h) conducting animations at the city's stand: twister, 3D puzzles, about 10 exhibitions;i) storing promotional materials for promotional events;j) collecting materials promotional events from the Ordering Party's headquarters; k) providing support for cultural and promotional events in the scope of providing a stage with a roof, lighting and lighting, in accordance with the Ordering Party's instructions; l) providing support for the implementation of activities promotional...
