Qualification Criteria
· 1. Proven Track Record of the Consultant in Performing Similar Assignments (Monitoring, Supervising or Piloting Innovation in Same or Similar Technical Areas; Or Implementing Projects in Cooling/Hvac) in Lac Context.
· 2. Proven Technical, Managerial Expertise and Client Relationship of the Core Team to Perform the Assignment.
· 3. Quality of the Methodology of the Proposal.
· 4. Established Presence in Colombia, Proven Network and Ability to Travel in the Country.
