Description:
The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a Contract with a Software-as-a-Service hosting provider for the team collaboration software Confluence (by Atlassian). It will complement the corporate website of the POLIS Online Information System (polis.osce.org). The team collaboration application must adhere to an SLA level of 99, 9 % availability and receive 24/7/365 support. The initial term of the planned Contract is 1-year with an option to extend for four consecutive 1-year periods subject to the funds availability, need of service and Contractor’s performance.
