Description of the service: This is the provision of introductory language courses and language activities that together add up to a maximum duration of 300 hours in total of language training aimed at users of the Network of Centers Citizens who want to come into contact with languages ​​and their conversation in a dynamic way and from the perspective of educational leisure. It consists of designing and implementing a varied training offer that includes languages ​​with high social demand and utility practice (English, French, German, Catalan, etc.); create dynamic and participatory methodologies that encourage the oral and written practice of languages ​​in real and everyday contexts; promote the participation of people of various age groups, origin and social conditions, ensuring the inclusion of groups with difficulties accessing language learning; and periodically assess participant progress and course quality using indicators such as attendance, satisfaction and achievement of individual goals.
