TDS and OSH intersections II. The subject of the performance of the public contract is to ensure the performance of the technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Construction Act, as amended, and to ensure the activities of the OSH and PO coordinator in accordance with the Act No. 309/2006 Coll., Act on ensuring additional conditions for safety and health protection at work, as amended, and Government Regulation No. 591/2006 Coll., on detailed minimum requirements for safety and health protection at work on construction sites, as amended of later regulations, during the implementation of the "Cheb Intersections - upgrade - Implementation part" construction - this is a technology upgrade project and necessary construction modifications of intersections in the city of Cheb. The client will require inspection days once a week and the participation of TDS in the construction of min. 3 times a week. Part of the scope of the contract is the development of an OSH plan for the implementation of the construction and notification of the start of work to the regional labor inspectorate (OIP).
