OTHER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Tender No: 2026-01 Owner: City of Saint John Project Title: TD Station Compressor Replacement Tender close date: 2:00pm Tuesday February 24, 2026 Non-mandatory site review: 9:30am Friday February 13, 2026 This project is located at TD Station at 99 Station St, Saint John, NB E2L 4X4. Work of this Contract comprises of the replacement of the existing Air Handling System components. General Overview: -This Contractor will be considered the Prime Contractor for this work. This Contractor is responsible for all trades, material and coordination aspects of the job. Errors or omissions by sub-trades will be the responsibility of this Contractor. -Complete all work as noted within specifications and drawings inclusively. Confirm on-site the exact existing system and devices that can be re-used. -Provide Commissioning, Training and Operations and Maintenance Manuals. -Remove existing equipment as noted on Drawings. -Provide and install new equipment as noted on Drawings. -Remove all equipment and material made redundant by this work. Contractor to familiarize their firm with the extent of removals. -Provide all cutting and patching.
