The Borough Council Of Bolton ("The Authority") Is Prepared To Receive Tenders For Christmas Pantomime Which Will Be Subject To The Information, Specification And Tender Package Enclosed. Tenders May Not Be Considered Which Do Not Comply With The Authority S Terms And Conditions (The "Legal Contract") Applicable To This Contract, Which Are Shown As An Attachment To This Document For Downloading. This Procurement Exercise Is Being Run As An Open Invitation To Tender (Itt) And The Authority Will Appoint A Single (1) Contractor On The Contract. The Term Of The Contract Will Be For 4 Years With The Option To Extend For A Further Two Twelve-Month Extensions. It Is Intended For The Contract To Commence On 21 June 2019. Site Visits For Albert Halls Theatre Is A Mandatory Requirement And Must Be Requested Via The Chest Messaging Portal. The Site Visit Will Be To: View The Theatre Premises, (Stage, Auditorium, Dressing Rooms Etc) To Gain A Full Appreciation Of The Facilities And To Confirm The Practicality Of Your Company Staging The Pantomime In Accordance With The Technical And Tender Specifications Provided.
