Tender are invited for Taxi Services Provider - Campbell River
Taxi Service
Summary Details:
Island Health is seeking a vendor(s) to provide a preferred taxi service. These taxi cabs will be the only vehicles allowed to park at Island Health taxi stands at the Campbell River & District Hospital. The vendor will be allowed to install direct taxi telephones in select locations. The vendor will occasionally be used to provide the transport of small items between sites and for transportation of Island Health staff with an authorized taxi voucher.
The taxi stand service will be provided for one (1) hospital site: Campbell River & District Hospital (Campbell River), and any future taxi stands assigned in the Campbell River area as required by Island Health. The taxi service for the site would be expected to pick up within a 60 km range of the hospital and drop off at any destination.
The taxi service contract will be for a three (3) year period from the date of Contract award, with the option to extend the term by written agreement of both parties for an additional two (2) years.
