This OJEU Notice concerns the establishment of framework contracts relating to advisory services in tax matters on behalf of the Enedis Tax Department. The market will be composed of 3 lots : LOT 1: Assistance and advice in tax matters, control and tax litigation LOT 2: Assistance and advice on energy taxation LOT 3: Tax assistance and advice in connection with the information systems enabling the management of the company's operational taxation. HAS note that the market does not provide for any limitation in the application of lots. A candidate can thus apply for all lots without restriction of a maximum number of lots at the time of allocation. LOT 1 - Assistance and advice in tax matters, control and tax dispute This lot brings together the provision of long-term support and support services for teams in tax matters, in particular on: Critical phases such as account closures, key deadlines in the reporting calendar management (reforecasts, budget, PMT) or production of work in tax matters; Specific projects, operations developed as part of the company's current or exceptional activity, tax regulations Support for specific or general tax questions.
