Multidisciplinary services contract (urban planner, architect, landscape architect and environment and mobility specialists) for the development of the Parc des Tattes d'Oie allocation plan, replacing the 1973/1974 neighborhood plan become obsolete. The mandate aims to define a coherent overall vision making it possible to: develop a predominantly residential mixed program including a share of public utility housing (LUP); strengthen the existing centrality around the school of Tattes d'Oie and its local facilities (neighborhood premises, UAPE, shops); create a park for public use linked to the school playground and connected to the green corridor; integrate local activities and public facilities into a renewed regulatory planning. The agents carry out all the studies and procedures necessary for the legalization of the new land use plan: feasibility studies and development concept, coordination with land owners and the services of the authorities, development of the necessary documents for PA and associated graphic documents, monitoring of the prior examination procedure, public inquiry and cantonal approval, as well as coordination with participatory approaches.
