TATL - Replacement/retrofit of sand pits and requalification of sand supply network The Technicentre Atlantique of the TGV activity wishes to carry out the complete replacement of 28 sand pit stations, as well as the requalification of their supply networks in sand. For almost forty years, these installations have provided the essential function of filling bogies with sand to guarantee the grip and braking safety of TGV trains. All 29 sand pits in Châtillon Bas affected by the operation is divided into two functional areas: 28 sand pits located in the middle of the quays, including: o 14 sand pits supplied by the silos on the Paris side, o 14 sand pits supplied by the silos on the Massy side. and 1 specific sand pit requires adaptation particularly linked to the electrical and geometric constraints of the site. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As part of the consultation, the documents of the consultation are made available to economic operators in order to inform them about the nature and extent of the need.
