TasTAFE RFT 2025-08 Burnie Learner Hub
TasTAFE is establishing Learner Hubs at the main Campuses in Tasmania, involving the co-location of Client Central services and Library services. The works have been completed at Clarence in Hobart and Alanvale in Launceston, and the next site to be developed is Burnie. The Request for Tender (RFT) will seek to establish a construction contract for the redevelopment of 746 m2 of office space at the Burnie Campus for a new Learner Hub.
Prequalification :Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
