Tender Details

The subject of the order is Task No. 2025/44 Reconstruction of the parking lot at the ICDS.2 complex. A detailed description of the subject of the order is presented in Appendix No. 8 to SWZ.4. The contractor will be obliged to carry out construction works in accordance with the design documentation attached to SWZ.5. The bill of quantities included in Annex 10 is only an auxiliary document and does not constitute the sole basis for calculating the offer price. The scope of works provided by the Contractor is as specified in the description of the subject of the order and in the documents relating to referred to in section 5 and must furthermore contain any elements which are clearly necessary for the subject-matter of the contract to achieve the required objectives, even if such elements are not expressly specified.6. Bills of quantities are intended to make things easier Contractors to calculate a lump sum remuneration for the performance of all construction works, including the performance of accompanying works necessary for the proper execution of the order.
