description of work:
transport canada requires the services of three (3) level 3 gis consultants and one (1) level 2 gis consultant to support the development and maintenance of the transport canada geospatial portal. Transport canada's solutions centre is seeking expertise in the geographic information system field in general, and specifically with esri certified professionals and esri spatial technologies, to assist with the development and maintenance of the ocean protection plan (opp) gis environment.
