KAHRAMAA intends to hire a specialized firm to deliver all services required for the Tarsheed public awareness and mass communication program over a period of two 2 years The scope of work shall include but is not limited to the following • Preparation and development of the communication and engagement action plan including the drafting of an annual plan updated to cover the two year period stakeholder analysis communication and engagement mechanisms and targeted initiative plans • Management and enhancement of Tarsheed-s presence on social media platforms Facebook Twitter Instagram and YouTube • Implementation of two comprehensive community awareness campaigns during the project duration one campaign per year • Design and implementation of one sector specific engagement program or initiative per year two initiatives over two years • Conducting one annual survey to measure the impact of awareness and communication programs
