Solicitation Description : The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C) on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System (Owner) and Tarleton State University, is accepting competitive sealed proposals (CSP) for the general construction for the Aquatics Center project. The proposed facility is a new 15, 600 SF single story expansion to the existing Rec Center. The program includes a 6-lane indoor pool with bleachers, wet training lab, locker rooms, concession area, office and support areas, outdoor pool with spa and deck, turf volleyball courts and parking lot improvements. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:A Pre-Proposal meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, August 28th at the Thompson Student Center, Tarleton State University, 1451 W Jones Street, Stephenville, Tx 76401 in Room 219. All general contractors planning to submit a proposal are encouraged to attend as well as subcontractors who are interested in the project.
