Products or services: Building cleaning services The Tarapacá Regional Directorate of JUNAEB has the administration of the Aru Wayna Indigenous Home, located in the commune of Iquique, a program that contributes to the indigenous students of higher education in a situation of socioeconomic vulnerability and who require a place of residence in the city where they carry out their studies, can continue their careers, through the granting of a comprehensive benefit to them, which is considered from the home where they live to the necessary food that these homes receive, dependencies that require constant maintenance in terms of order, general cleanliness and environmental hygiene. For this reason, it is necessary to have a service cleanliness and environmental hygiene that allows the residents of the Aru Wayna Indigenous Home to have optimal living conditions for their normal functioning. These technical bases establish the general conditions for contracting of the Cleaning services, for common spaces, enclosures, equipment and other movable property, and for hygiene services, which must have qualified personnel, considering what is described in title 3 of the technical bases, called “Description of the service to be required” for all units of the Aru Wayna Indigenous Home.
