Joensuu Regional Library's newest library car will be completed in the fall of 2026 and will be taped according to the artist's / illustrator's plan. The dimensions of the car are: length 11800mm width 2550mm height 3400mm. The taping provider is expected to be ready to instruct the illustrator during the summer of 2026 to produce a print-ready file with negotiations and written instructions. depending on the time of completion. The library car is driven from the factory to Joensuu / Kontiolahti (car garage in Kontiolahti) and washed before taping. The bidder can also deliver the car at his own expense to places other than Joensuu or Kontiolahti to be taped. The tenderer must be able to present a reference of a similar implementation that has been implemented within the last five years. If the reference is not of a sufficiently good standard or otherwise cannot be considered suitable for this purchase, the customer has the right to reject the offer. Pictures and a short description of the reference must be provided, as well as contact information, from which the customer can check the execution of the reference.
