The subject of the Public Contract is the procurement of a new (unused, non-refurbished) tank car sprinkler equipped with a fire pump with a nominal output of 2000 l.min-1 according to ČSN EN 1028-1, chassis category 1 "for road traffic" in version "V" (special extended for six people) and weight class S (hereinafter referred to as "CAS"). The subject of performance is also the provision of a guarantee for the quality of CAS for the duration of min. 60 months or in the length offered by the selected supplier within the relevant partial evaluation criterion for the award of the Public Contract, as well as CAS service inspections for the duration of the CAS quality guarantee. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of the Public Contract is given in the annexes to the ZD, especially in the Technical Specification, which forms Annex No. 2 of the ZD, and in the binding model of the contract for the performance of the Public Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 ZD (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), and the Annexes to the Agreement.
