Tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) and refrigerated centrifuge - Toxicode The object of purchase is a tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) and a centrifuge with cooling (so two machines) for the purposes of the project 'ToxiCode: Transforming Venom Peptides into Precision Therapies' by Deciphering and Refining their Evolutionary Code' and all by type, quality and quantity as specified in the Technical Specification (Appendix 1) and Cost Sheet (Appendix 2) and in accordance with other required conditions specified in this Documentation on get it. The description of the subject of procurement is fully determined in the Technical Specifications (Annex 1). Bidders are obliged to offer the subject procurement in accordance with the requirements and needs of the Client described in the technical specification of the procurement item and all other conditions i requirements specified in this Documentation. The subject of procurement includes delivery, assembly and commissioning of the purchased goods to full functionality. The subject of procurement also includes education, whereby in relation to the tandem mass spectrometer (MS/MS) selected the bidder undertakes to provide the following: • Mandatory application support (in Croatian or English) with documented experience in quantitative LC‑MS/MS analysis of peptides and/or small molecules. •Basic training for 5 people on the instrument in the laboratory users for 40 hours (basics of work, maintenance, method development, quantitative data processing). •Additional online support and at least 2 days of advanced education in the first year of work (possible combined online/on-site).
