Tampere Adult Education Center Takk is a multidisciplinary vocational trainer and developer of working life. More than 13, 000 adults are studying in Takk every year and there are about 300 staff. The jacket is maintained by the Tampere Adult Education Foundation SR. Takk's current customer management system is coming to the end of its life cycle. TAKK is looking for a CRM system offered as a cloud-based service to replace the current system, providing more flexible opportunities for customer management development and expansion. The CRM system should provide a comprehensive business database that Takkk can flexibly enrich with its own customer information from other own systems. The upcoming CRM system also wants to scaled flexibly according to changes in the number of user numbers.
