Pre-solicitation Notice dated 3/19/2026: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 8 Contracting Team, intends to issue a solicitation for Home Oxygen Services in support of the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Services will cover Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk counties; however, this listing does not preclude the possibility of additional surrounding counties if required by the Government. The resulting requirement will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract issued as a 100% SDVOSB Set Aside. The awarded contractor will be responsible for delivery, setup, installation, maintenance, pickup, and management of home oxygen equipment for eligible Veterans served through the Home Respiratory Care Program (HRCP), 5910 E Breckenridge Park, Tampa, FL 33610.
