The purpose of the procurement is to build a new 12-group kindergarten with two floors on the ground with a yard area.
The construction work is based on the working project prepared by the chief designer Infragate AS.
The planned two-story kindergarten building has maximum dimensions of 99.9x43.1m. The building is founded on r/b spot piles D=400mm. Hload-bearing walls are built from prefabricated reinforced concrete. The inner shell of pre-assembled inner walls and three-layer outer walls is 200 mm thick. The intermediate and roof ceilings are 240 and 220 mm, respectively, of cast concrete. The thickness of the hall ceiling is 280mm.
