1. The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY - EIGHT MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIx PESOS AND 18/100 ONLY (P 348, 890, 806.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for TALALORA HOUSING PROJECT (HOUSING CONSTRUCTION) (Brgy. Tatabunan, Talalora, Samar) - ID No. MAY23-2023-066. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Thirty - Five (235) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
