The subject of the order is to take out a loan paid in tranches up to the amount PLN 12, 000, 000 intended for repayment of installments of previously taken out loans and loans. 2. Detailed terms of the order and important provisions of the contract are included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ. 3. The description of the subject of the order specifies quality standards relating to all important features of the subject of the order (subject of the order is standardized - it will be implemented identically, regardless of which contractor will perform it), all life cycle costs are taken into account - commission on the disbursed loan tranche, interest on the loan estimated from the moment of disbursement of the tranche until the end of repayment.
