The objective of this consultancy in Tajikistan is to (i) collect high-quality facility-based data on inputs, resources, and quality of service delivery in health through in-person and phone-based methods, (ii) produce clean data sets, and (iii) archive the documentation and data. These tasks will have agreed data quality standards associated with them.
The consultant organization will conduct surveys in a representative sample of health facilities using the SDI survey methodology. The sample will include approximately 500 primary health facilities, 1500 medical staff, and 2500 patients, however, a more precisely estimated number will be agreed upon before the contract signing based on the unit cost suggested by the applicant firm, and based on the sampling frame. The rapid-cycle phone survey will be conducted for a year for a minimum of two total rounds with a sample of approximately 500 primary health facilities.
