the purpose of this letter of interest (loi #3) is to seek feedback from industry on the upcoming competitive procurement process for the department of national defences (dnd) requirement to procure, install, and integrate three (3) transportable 3d long-range air defence tactical control radar (tcr) systems. this procurement will include infrastructure site design services, in-service support (iss), initial provisioning of spares for each radar system, operator and maintainer training, and bilingual publications.
public services and procurement canadas (pspc) intent for this loi #3 is to engage industry in a consultative process by seeking industry feedback on the following draft documentation:
o draft in service support (iss) sow
o updated procurement schedule
o draft evaluation methodology
o questions related to specific areas canada is seeking input from industry
