this letter of interest (loi #2) is a follow-on to loi #1, which informed industry of a potential competitive procurement process for the department of national defences (dnd) requirement to procure, install, and integrate up to three (3) transportable 3d long-range air defence tactical control radar (tcr) systems. This procurement will include infrastructure site design services, in-service support (iss), initial provisioning of spares for each radar system, operator and maintainer training, and bilingual publications.
public works and government services canadas (pwgsc) intent for this loi #2 is to seek written feedback from industry on a draft industrial and technological benefits (itb) request for proposal (rfp) documents, consisting of bidder instructions, value proposition evaluation plan, and terms and conditions, attached at annex b, for the tcr modernization project.
