DJI is struggling with (temporary) staff shortages, which makes it not easy to provide sufficient surveillance for all available cells at the moment. As a result, there are vacancies and during peak staff shortages, offenders sometimes have to stay in jail for longer to stay. DJI wants the inmates to be able to spend that time as meaningfully as possible. The agreement must therefore lead to an agreement with a Contractor who provides a Tablet for displaying entertainment and informative content as a service. whereby the delivery and management of the Tablet lies entirely with the Contractor.
