Summary

This procurement is a project where material submission and bidding are

conducted electronically (IC card required). Those who are unable to use

this service may submit bids in writing only with the approval of the

ordering party.

(1) Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased:

Tablet computer for education: 550 units

(Including installations and initial setting of the above-mentioned

products as well as the removal of the existing equipment)

(2) Delivery period:

To be completed by 25 December 2026

(3) Date and time for the distribution of the tender documentation:

Every day from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. from 7 August 2026 through

25 August 2026 (excluding weekends and national holidays)

(4) Deadline for the submission of bidding registration forms and relevant

documents: 5:00 p.m. 21 August 2026

Applicants will be notified of the screening results by 26 August 2026

(5) Date, time, and place for the opening of bids and tenders:

The meeting for the opening of bids and tenders will begin promptly at

10:30 a.m. on 18 September 2026 at the Meeting Room 1706 (17F of the

Gifu Prefectural Government Building).

(Tenders submitted by mail or electronically must be received by 5:00

p.m. on 17 September 2026.)
