As such, the successful bidder will be required to submit a conformance certificate that confirms that primary forest activities conducted under this TSL are consistent with the applicable FSP commitments. A sample of the conformance certificate and associated BC Timber Sales Advisory Bulletin have been included as attachments to this Notice. Take notice that, pursuant to Section 20 of the Forest Act, Timber Sale Licence TA2927 is being offered for sale by the BC Timber Sales Cariboo-Chilcotin Business Area.
