PCL/ED, a Joint Venture, acting as the Construction Manager (CM) for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project, invites qualified Bidders to submit quotations for Asset Transportation Services as outlined in this Tender Package.The Subcontractor shall be responsible for the safe, secure, and timely transportation of materials and assets between multiple project locations in Ottawa and Gatineau, in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and project requirements, including handling of sensitive and heritage materials where applicable.The Work includes the provision of all labour, supervision, fleet, equipment, fuel, and resources necessary to perform the services.The successful bidder will be required, but not limited, to complete the following types of work:1.1. Asset Transportation Services, including regularly scheduled shipments (approximately 3-4 per week), with the capability to scale up to 10 shipments per week as required.1.2. Standard Deliveries, Monday to Friday within designated delivery windows (7:00 AM to 2:30 PM), coordinated with site access and logistics requirements.1.3.
