NOTICE: This is not a solicitation but rather a Pre-Solicitation notice in support of the CAD/PAD program office. The estimated award date is approximately Jan 2027. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be Sole Source to Rockwell Collins; CAGE Code: 13499. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE), on approximately September 10, 2026.
