This Solicitation Is Being Conducted By The Georgia Department Of Transportation Under Its Authority To Procure Services Ancillary To The Construction And Maintenance Of A Public Road (as Defined In O.c.g.a 32-1-3 (24) As Provided For In O.c.g.a 32-2-61 (c) And (d) (1) (d). This Electronic Request For Quote (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish An Open Agency Services Contract For Right Of Way Relocation Package Preparation. Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With State And Federal Laws, Federal Regulations, With Particular Attention To Title 49 Cfr Part 24, Gdot Policies And Procedures, Gdot's Manual(s), And All Additional Written Or Verbal Instructions Given By Authorized Gdot Staff Members.
