This Solicitation Is Open To Potential Bidders Who Currently Hold Prequalification Status For Right Of Way Property Management Services Issued By Gdot And Who Hold A Current Prequalification Certificate. Potential Bidders Who Have Not Been Prequalified By Gdot Should Visit Www.dot.ga.gov. Once On The Website Select "doing Business With Gdot" And Then "prequalification" In The Business Opportunities Tab. On The Prequalification Page Select "right-of-way Services" To Obtain The Application, Information And Instructions. A Bid Response Received By Any Firm Not Currently Listed On Gdots Prequalification Listing Will Not Be Considered For Award For This Solicitation. The Georgia Department Of Transportation (gdot) Is Seeking A Pre-qualified Firm Interested In Providing Demolition And Removal Of Improvements, Structures Or Other Encumbrances In The Right Of Way Or Easement Areas.
