This call for tenders consists of the development and implementation of a single SCADA supervision system allowing the piloting and shared management of the T1 tram facilities and the industrial industrial automatic automata of a technical room (API LT) which will use the information Equipment in the technical premises of the T1 stations.
The implementation and modifications of APIs on the field as well as the means of communication (fiber optics, copper, network) to go up information from the field to the supervision system are outside the perimeter of this project.
The geographic perimeter of the first phase of the project focused on the construction of the Renens-Gare-Lausanne-Flon sectors (PP2 and PP3) in firm edges of this call for tenders. The second phase (in conditional tranche) is centered on the construction of the extension of Tramway between Renens-Gare and Croix-du-Peage (PP1).
An optional slice is also evaluated concerning the maintenance in operational condition (MCO).
