The Army is issuing this RFI/source sought announcement as a means of conducting market research to identify sources who have Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7 commercial software solutions that meet the requirements described below without delaying the Army-s current deployment plans in Q3FY26. This market research is for vendor licenses to a mature commercial software solution and post deployment software support (PDSS) services including maintenance, new feature improvements / enhancements, integration, testing and other technical services for the (Unified Network Operations) UNO Tactical Identity, Credential and Access Management (T-ICAM) services which are currently being developed and will begin fielding in FY26. This market research is not for hardware or vendors to develop a new software solution.
